We are living in an age where the inflexible and radical ideologies of the left and the right have been discredited, at a time that mankind's advancement can be guaranteed only in liberal societies that are democratic and  that protect the civil rights of  their citizens. These societies should be against what is wrong and protect what is right. Exponents of change should strive for a humane nation or society that can find a place in the 21st century among the community of progressive nations.

In the struggle to dismantle one of the bastions of  kleptocracy, dictatorship and  neo-colonialism in Africa, exponents of change need to learn to be critical and self critical; they need to judge people's mind, ideas and actions, and not base their judgments on the opposing person's ancestral origins, ethnicity, race, religion, region or country. For the detractors who have not made the psychosocial advancement into political humanitarians needed to build the New Cameroon that is expected to play a positive role in the advancement of world civilization, it should be pointed out  that a humane society is to the interest of all within its borders. We might get a better picture of what our destiny should look like if we consider our nation as a block that has to fit into a big jigsaw puzzle that is the world.

The Faction for Southern Cameroons (Anglophone Cameroon) in the Social Democratic Front when it was Founded in 1990

First Published on Monday, December 07, 2020 by the blog "New Cameroon Views" I concluded recently that the infantile malady of the current post-1990s forces that   are active in Cameroon’s   political arena stems from their disconnect from the essence of the struggle in the early 1990s, an essence that   provides the perfect insight into the political developments in the land from the 1950s to the 1970s. Euphoria for a "Revolution" and Truth

  Saying the truth to those who need it the most often gets the wrong reception. Revolution is a science that those wanting to carry it out need to think it through, taking into account so many factors. No Western institution has a good grasp of it. The fine art of it was never developed in the West nor mastered there. Back in 1997, at a time that our SDF had more than 60% support in Cameroon and the system(Biya regime and France) was treating it with disdain, at a time that I was just back home, some of our people thought the SDF should pick up arms.
